Let Us Help Manage Your Family’s Oral Health

Among the most significant and essential roles in dentistry are routine exams and cleanings. At Canyon View Dentistry, it is the foundation of our treatment plan for most patients. This emphasis exists because the greatest threat to your teeth is the progressive growth of bacteria that forms a film called plaque. This growth is a natural side-effect of eating and drinking, and you should manage it with your home cleaning routine.

However, plaque becomes a problem when it builds up and hardens into a thick layer called tartar. This accumulation cannot be not adequately cleaned off by brushing and flossing alone. But Dr. Cara McCallum’s team of professionals has the tools and expertise to eliminate tartar on your teeth and gums.

The Benefits of Routine Dental Visits

At these regular appointments, our patients receive a thorough exam and a professional cleaning that leaves them with a pronounced clean and fresh feeling in their mouth and on their teeth. Removing the plaque that persists after home care also improves your gum health, warding off the onset of periodontal disease. Healthy gums are the basis of your overall oral health, and if neglected, your gums may become infected. But regular cleanings provide the preventive treatments that maintain your gum health and improve your overall health.

Finally, when Dr. McCallum and her dedicated team see you on a regular basis, they develop a background with your dental history and can also cultivate a trusting relationship. We hope to become like your neighbors, both literally and figuratively, providing reliable care and consultation so you may avoid major oral health problems. If discovered early, we can treat dental decay, fractured teeth, abscesses, and infections when they are small, emerging problems.

A Professional Consultation with Your Check-Up

Our goal at Canyon View Dental is to enable you to make an informed decision about your teeth. We will communicate with you wholly and patiently concerning our treatment plan and respect your priorities. These are your teeth, and we hope you can keep them for life. Therefore, we offer high-quality work intended to last.

Dr. McCallum will determine your oral health and apprise you of her observations to achieve your goals. She will share your X-rays and scans of teeth to help you understand what treatments are encouraged, what other options you may have, as well as what to expect if you delay care. Early detection and care are by far the best way to maintain your dental health.

We Offer Technology and Expertise Combined

In support of the most effective and traditional techniques, we also stay current with new technology that makes exceptional outcomes and procedures more comfortable. Finally, we combine that mastery with values that include respect, trust-building, and positive regard that avoids shame.

We have learned that patients require a variety of approaches and treatments. So while our goals towards serving patients are consistent for everyone, the ways to realize those goals should be assembled just for you.

Booking Your Next Dental Appointment Is Easy!
5 STAR EXPERIENCE!

“5 STAR EXPERIENCE! I don’t know about you but I dread going to the dentist. I had two teeth that needed fixing but I have been dragging myself because I can’t deal with waiting for crown for at least a week. So today I went to my appointment to this new dentist and IT FELT LIKE I AM AT THE SPA! They had a blanket to cover my feet, a warm wet towel for my chest, back message from the chair, and netflix. The people are super nice and friendly – it start from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I could stay there forever! They have super nice office you will really feel you are at the spa! I can’t wait be back to this SPA – yes it is a SPA to me for my next appointment for my crown. I did not have fear I usually get of seeing the dentist.” -Tisi
